Betsy Newmark should be in charge of finding a solution to North Carolina's shortage of good teachers. She has better ideas than anyone else I've heard.

I stumbled across your blog while I was doing some online research. As an educator myself, I am always open to new ideas and theories regarding teaching. Bravo to anyone who proposes a constructive approach.
