I am not surprised by this. We had H&R Block do our taxes one year and I actually caught the mistake they made and had to take them back in. It was a while back, but I think what they did was count a W-2 twice. Thankfully, I looked at it before signing and mailing. (See, it was so long ago that it actually got mailed.)

Lorie, don't be toooooo hard on H&R Block...
It has been proven year after year that even if you call the IRS, you get different answers to the same questions depending on the voice at the end of the phone!
If the IRS makes mistakes, you can blame the rest of us?
