Trade Star for Star

When Rosie O'Donnell joined the cast of The View the balance of power did not shift to the left as some might believe.  Meredith Viera was almost as liberal, she just didn't sound quite as crazy when expressing her leanings.  The View has a chance to balance the cast when they replace Star Jones.  Michelle Malkin suggests Mary Katharine Ham as a replacement.  She would be amazing, but they probably want to keep the racial balance they had with Star Jones, so my choice for her replacement is perfect. 

I think Star Jones should be replaced by Star Parker.  Read her bio and her columns at Townhall.  She would bring a voice of sanity to the show and give voice to all the conservative women viewers who tune in for celebrity interviews and fashion tips, but are turned off by the liberal hot topics.  Best of all, Parker would actually have facts to back up her positions, unlike the sweet, but often uninformed, Elisabeth Hasselbeck.   

An added bonus -- all the "Star" personalized View gear could be recycled.
