...if you spend the night before Thanksgiving fixing deviled eggs and sweet potatoes. That's what I've been doing tonight. No blogging for a while, but in case anyone is interested, here are my sweet potato casserole instructions. I cook the potatoes and mix the yummy creation the night before so that on Thanksgiving Day I just have to pull it out of the fridge and pop it into the oven for about 45 minutes.
